cannot reach /textpattern
Hi,
I’ve upgraded a 4.2.0 site to 4.5.2 on MAMP Pro locally. It all went well. When I moved it to my cPanel setup I get a 404 when I try to access /textpattern. All my pages/css and images work fine.
I’m using the stock .htaccess and tried some suggestions in un/commenting lines to no avail.
Server php version is 5.3.13
Any help appreciated.

What happens if you disable the htaccess file?

Home page is fine. 404 for everything else. ‘Forbidden’ if I try to access /textpattern.

The 404 is because of the clean url schema. The “Forbidden” could be a permissions problem can you please tell us what permissions you have for the textpattern folder?
