forum: pun code is not parsed

In the forum’s pages some pun code is not parsed. Looking in the source code there is

	<meta property="og:title" content="<pun_og_title />" />
	<meta property="og:description" content="<pun_og_description />" />
	<meta property="og:image" content="<pun_og_image />" />
