Content for mobiles plugins help
Hi, I posted this originally on the ‘How Do I…?’ thread but it was suggested I move it here…
I’m trying to serve some slightly different content to mobiles (jQuery mobile for example), but for the life of me I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried adi_mobile, pro_mobile and act_if_mobile (so far) and none are working.
I’m clearly doing something wrong; but saying that, none of the above plugins have actual live demos to check other than adi_mobile (http://www.greatoceanmedia.com.au/mobiletest), and even that doesn’t work for me. I get the ‘You’re not a mobile’ message when I view with an iPad and with an Android mobile, and when I do the Fake It test examples given on the website.
Update: I have also viewed the site now with an iPhone and it does seem to pick up that (and the viewport etc) so perhaps the issue is with Android itself and the code I used does work. I just can’t tell as I only have an Android phone to check with.
Has anyone else used any of the plugins listed above successfully on Android? Or is perhaps the above demo only setup for an iPhone?
Thanks for any help

Re: Content for mobiles plugins help
Hi Stu I suggested to ask your question in the particular plugin thread
For now I’ll close this topic so as not to have may posts with the same request.
