Helpdesk plugin/helpdesk integration

Hello,

Is there a plugin for TextPattern providing helpdesk functionality? When users may register at the site, leave messages and receive responses.

(perhaps that could be a forum plugin, if threads could be made accessible only to their starters and site admins)

If none available, has someone successfully integrated 3-rd party helpdesk into TextPattern-driven site?

You could simply install both a forum and TXP. They can live alongside each other.
