Yes, but through a 6 year old version of PHPmyAdmin (I assume you have a recent version installed), not through TXP, although it probably ends up in your TXP logs, because PHPmyAdmin isn’t installed at the location which they tried to visit (I know, because I tried it as well… so that other person in your logfiles is me).
