Umlaute again

Here’s my php info which shows UTF-8 encoding:

I also added “AddDefaultCharset UTF-8” to my .htaccess file.

Still, German umlaute don’t show up. I suppose I don’t have to re-enter the articles since they show up correctly in the admin section (yes, they do, they only get messed up in the ‘frontend’)?

Any help is appreciated.
