Avoid comments form link favicon.ico

I’ve got a section named “guestbook”, where is loaded an article with comments active.
The URL is simply http://www.domain.ex/section/
If I submit preview or submit the form a 404 page appears because form action is:

<form action="/section/favicon.ico#cpreview" method="post" id="txpCommentInputForm">

Is possible to avoid this behaviour?

Comments form should be used only on individual article context; it doesn’t work on list pages.
