[textile] New test branch: extending quotes included inside modifiers
A while back Uli reported he couldn’t get textile to apply modifiers (emphasis, strong etc) to work over blocks that had non-English quotation marks within them. The feature-quotes branch has a potential fix for this that I’m considering merging into the master branch. In particular, commits here and here extend the character set over which modifiers should work.
Feel free to pull it down and try it. Let me know how it goes here or via GitHub email.
NB: No feature test branch should be deployed on live sites.

This branch was merged into textile core with this commit following testing and feedback from Uli.
