txp:category_list - add new attributes LIMIT and OFFSET
Would be useful in some cases. Otherwise we have to use adi_calc+if_variable or raw php…

+2 (one for limit and one for offset). And no, I don’t think pagination for category_list can be done without it (can it?).

Do you think we can add an option to see if the category is empty (havent articles assigned to it or images)?
