Viewing a cleaner version of the html markup inside WYSIWYG

When clicking on the HTML button inside the WYSIWYG editor, all of the html is bunched together. It’s very messy and you can’t locate the proper line of code that’s needed. Is there a better way to clean this? I’m referring to the hak_tinymce plugin

Putting

apply_source_formatting : true

in the hak_tinymce Preferences would do the trick

So that feature was supposedly removed in version 3.0 (odd that it still seems to work).

Apparently there are issues with IE and the needed calculation is fairly taxing. Here’s the thread if anyone is interested
