If Textile is off, < and > aren’t being converted into < and > when using <pre><code>

Textpattern won’t, and shouldn’t, touch raw HTML markup. Textile does the conversion and if there is no Textile involved nothing shouldn’t be changed; raw HTML is raw HTML. That is not a bug, more so a new feature request.
