Can't edit Custom Fields

Everything else seems to be behaving as normal.

Could this be because of an earlier 4.2 upgrade and quick revert to 4.08?

Also, I can’t edit “Default admin tab” and what comes up as “theme_name” (should be “Admin side theme”?).

All these just come up as static text.

I don’t know about the custom fields issue, but as to the second, sounds like you need to update your language file.

I re-updated to 4.2.0, which fixed it; last time I reverted due to the css.php file location misinformation on the online upgrade how-to. All good this time.
