Seeking Textpattern/Web Design Assistance

I am seeking a web designer familiar with Textpattern to make some changes/improvements, as well as conduct routine maintenance, to an existing web site that already utilizes Textpattern. While I don’t have a ton of money to allocate to this, it will be a really fun project for the right person. The web site is primarily focused on family entertainment including clowns, magicians, face painters, jugglers, balloon twisters, etc. I am looking for some fairly simple design changes including improvements to our photo gallery and improving web traffic to the site through the use of exchanging links with other referring web sites.
