[textile] textile hr

Hi, Is there any reason there doesn’t appear to be a <hr /> tag in textile or have I simply missed it?

Perhaps because it’s deemed presentational?

Re: [textile] textile hr

Hi koobs

there is no <hr /> in textile but you can add it within your texts anyway. Textile plays well with raw html.

Suggestion: leave a space before the <hr /> so as to prevent a <p> tag.

Re: [textile] textile hr

There’s a feature-test branch on the textile repository that implements experimental support for textile plugins — called textplugs. One of the textplugs available there implements hr. block support in textile.

Feel free to download and play with any of the feature-test branches, just make sure you switch to the branch you are interested in before you download the zip of the project, and please, don’t put feature-test code on your live sites.
