Looking for a quote for someone to convert my template to TXP

What would someone charge to chop my template into dynamic TXP.

I have 3 different sections or templates i guess is a better word. A home page, archives, and an article page. I would like to have it searchable if possible but not necessary. I would like the archive to sort by category, month/year and most recent (default). Really for a professional this shouldn’t take long. All the HTML and CSS is completed how I want it, all I need is it to be made dynamic.

I don’t have a lot of money to dump into this (so please be reasonable) but am interested in seeing what it would cost.
