Required form: "Links" - nitpick!
My apologies in advance for this post which is nitpicky in the extreme ;)
I would like to rename the required form “Links” to “links” since all other form names are in lowercase, and every time I review my forms this one stands out (yes, I have a relentless editor’s eye).
I have searched the Textpattern files and come across the following:
textpattern/include/txp_form.php
– line #21
which appears to be the only file that needs updating.
I have also searched the database, and found the following (not sure if any of these need to be changed):
txp_form
table – 1 row
txp_lang
table – 4 rows (id #285, #486, #490, #841)
Is anyone else able to confirm the required changes?
Also, whilst these could be changed on an individual basis, I was wondering whether this is something that could be changed in the official Textpattern download files? I understand that it is probably the least important/interesting change, but what can I say … :-)

You don’t need to hack textpattern for this.
There are two simpler ways:
1) Open phpmyadmin and change the corresponding value in the “lang” txp_table
2) Even better: use wet_babble

redbot,
Thanks for your reply, but I couldn’t see how wet_babble
could help here.
I’ve had to hack textpattern/include/txp_form.php
– line #21, and txp_form
table (1 row) to change “Links” to “links” in both cases.
If there’s a better way, please let me know.

Don’t want to go OT but it’s interesting that the Links is the only form name in uppercase from ages. I’m curious: is there a reason for this?

Damn you’re right, sorry. I didn’t read carefully (as usual) and I tought you were talking about some label in the interface, not an actual form name.
In this case your move is probably the right one.
