Need someone to port txp site to a different server.

I have a txp website created in one server, where it works perfectly, but when I try to port it to a different server, it just doesnt work.

I tried everything, backing up the data base and importing it to the new server, coping the files and folders from one to the other, etc etc etc… but with no succes…
I want someone experienced in this “easy task” to do it for me :)
