sticky articles not showing up

hi there,

i am trying to do the following: i have a list of articles in sections.
the introductory articles in every section should be always the first ones
when showing the article_list even when going txp:newer or txp:older.

i am trying to do this using sticky, but no success so far.

how do i do this? txp:article is showing only ‘live’ states by default.
and takes only one state parameter, it cannot be a list.

i thought this was the idea behind creating ‘sticky’ but maybe
i am looking at it from the wrong angle.

ok, the easy solution seems to be another article tag before the normal
one with the sticky status. too late for me to think. or too early.
