Hosting with uber anti-spam measures

I’m currently looking around in order to find an hosting service that offers state of the art anti-spam measures. I’m currently hosted on Joyent and everything is fantastic except for anti-spam.

My requirements are:

1. effective spam filters
2. IMAP that works super well with large mailboxes, i.e. > 1 GB of mail.

Any suggestion?
