Non How do question...

Hi folks.

It’s not really a “How do” question, just to clarify how TXP works:

Could you tell me what’s exactly invoked when we call “http://mydomain.com?id=integer” ?
Which is the page calling? Is the article’s ID returns the article’s corresponding section?

Thx lot in advance.
Cheers,

Patrick.

Re: Non How do question...

It displays the article using the template (page) for the section in which the article resides.

Re: Non How do question...

Thx Ruud. That’s what’s I supposed.
But… On a Txp 4.0.6 website I made when I call an article ID it’s rendering into an another template section. That’s confused me a lot :D
It’s seems obvious I’m not a good TXP user and I need to re-learn all the very beginner basis.
Could you tell me where I can found a kind of “TXP the most elegant and easy to use CMS for the Dummies” book?

Private joke: did you ever write a kind of “Become a professional PHP coder in one hour” book? I think I need it too ;D
