Articles Exclusive to Certain Pages?

How do I get an article to only show up on a certain page? (about, gallery, etc.)

I have already tried creating a static page and assigning the article to that, but it still shows up on my main page.

If you go to your Sections tab, you can check which sections are set to display on the front page.
