Need Developer

We are looking for a qualified, seasoned developer to be our go-to for two sites that are currently up and running. Neither includes e-commerce. Both businesses are mid-sized. We have a few projects that we need to work on developing for the coming months and in general we need a resource when something breaks and advice when we are unable to figure something out on our own. Our old developers fell off the wagon.

We are looking for someone that has experience working with textpattern, is reliable, reachable, and adheres to deadlines. Design skill is a definite plus, but we have several outside designers we work with as well.
