clickable photo to email link

please forgive, this is probably basic stuff.
I want to post small images on our who we are page that can be clicked to send email to that person.

I use textpattern image tags to post the image,but have no idea how to make it a clickable email link.
Can anyone help please.

thanks loads works a treat,wont be any stopping me now.

If you can just send some Florida sunshine over the pond to Rainy Yorkshire I shall be in heaven.
