r3207 install: various problems and will not install

I just attempted a fresh install of the dev branch.

The following notice appears:

Notice: Constant txpinterface already defined in \textpattern\setup\index.php on line 21

The CSS file path is incorrect:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/txp/dev/theme/classic/textpattern.css" type="text/css" />

The prefill for “web-reachable address” is incorrect:

localhost/txp/dev/textpattern/index.php

After adding the config file (note that it has not yet asked me for user details), install fails:

503 Service Unavailable

Warning: Table ‘txp_dev.textpattern’ doesn’t exist describe `textpattern` in \textpattern\lib\txplib_db.php on line 82

DB-Connect was succesful, but the textpattern-table was not found.

Note that a fresh install of stable does work.

Seems to be fixed in a recent rev. :)
