I like the idea of creating the ‘tree’ from the top – Jason – I think that means you.

If you want to create a basic structure that’s easily understood and copied and THEN open it up to the world, I think that’s the best way.

So, if you create a couple of example ‘plugins’ and their requisite filetree/naming convention – others will follow to make it look good.

If it is too complex to set up, you might want to try WikiMedia. It’s very simple, and scalable.
