Windows browsers ignore font sizes
IE and FF on windows seem to ignore almost all my font-sizes. h1 is respected, but h3 #sub-navigation li .small and others just all appear the same size.
Am I making a really silly mistake that can easily be fixed?

This was solved simply by changing
font-family: Courier, "Courier New", Times, serif
to
font-family: "Courier New", Courier, Times, serif
Why it should make a difference is an enigma.
