allow unregistered user to upload files to Files tab via contact form
For an employment agency site I need to allow site visitors to submit their CV in Word format through the front end of the site. The user shouldn’t need to register to do this.
The document should be stored in the CMS for multiple site editors to download and review, and ideally a notification email sent upon successful upload.
Can anyone suggest an existing plugin or combination of plugins that would help me do this?

Steve’s Anonymous File Upload can do what you want – except the notification email but check and post on this thread by Bloke who seems to have worked it out for a file specific rss feed which would be one way for your editors to be notified.
