trying to make a blog-like archive page...
Basically I made a free site for someone as a favor. I made every page a static page using the “sticky” method. This worked fine and the site has been fine. Now he wants an “archive” section to stick old articles. I never set it up as a blog because that was beyond the initial scope of the site.
I was thinking if I set up an “archive” category, he could post new archive articles to that category. Then on the “Archive” page, it would list the titles of all the articles posted in the “archive” category. Then you could click the article titles and it would show the full article.
I’ve only ever used the “sticky” static page method in textpattern, and the rest of the stuff is confusing me. Any help with what tags I should put on my Archive page, forms, etc. would be so helpful. Thanks for any help.
