Adding a whole bunch of links at once to linklist

I’ve got a TON of links to add to my linklist. Adding them one by one seems to be rather tedious.

Is there a way to just upload a CSV file (or a similar file) of the links & categories, and have Textpattern automatically parse them? I do have SQL access and my boyfriend’s experienced with SQL so he can help me deal with database queries.

I’m using 4.0.7.
