Customizing Comment Fields / Adding new fields
Does anyone know if it is possible to customize the fields for comments.
For example, removing a field, or adding one such as an ‘Age’ field.

You can certainly customize to a limited extent by playing with the “comments_form” form template but the limitation is that there aren’t many fields to mess with. All the available tags are here. Remember, if you do remove a field such as the email address, that it isn’t a “required field” as set in your “Preferences” otherwise your visitors will have problems. There isn’t a field for “Age” nor is there a “general” field type you can use instead and I’m not aware of any plug-in that would help in this area.
