Can't seem to "replace image" on my own...

My site that was developed by someone else has several images that I need to replace with new images. Since I don’t know how to do anything except change text in textpattern, I’ve tried using the “Replace Image” button next to the existing images in the images section. Whenever I try to upload a new image using replace, I get this error:

“Warning: imagepng() [function.imagepng]: Unable to open ‘/var/www/html/nextstep_marketing/images/30t.png’ for writing in /var/www/html/nextstep_marketing/textpattern/lib/class.thumb.php on line 251”

What the heck does that mean? Can I change these images myself, or am I going to have to pay someone to do it?

Thanks!

No :) you should be able to replace the images yourself. The error indicates that something is not working as it should; I’m sure one of the devs or someone else with php knowledge will be able to help you solve this.
