adobe contribute

i have a blog on my website and i was wondering how to use adobe contribute with it on their website it says type in http://YOURSITE/PATH/TO/textpattern/xmlrpcs.php but wat is PATH and TO

if textpattern is installed in the folder /blog/textpattern, you would type in http://www.yoursite.com/blog/textpattern/xmlrpcs.php
if it+s intalled in the folder /textpattern, you would type in http://www.yoursite.com/textpattern/xmlrpcs.php

I’m not quite sure, but I think Contribute is designed to work with static sites and not dynamic ones such as Textpattern sites. Any particular reason you want to use Contribute?
