Help required with our active textpattern site

We have recently upgraded our website to textpattern – the purpose being so a non developer and complete bunny like myself can update frequently with new information and suppliers etc.

As the site is now it looks great but I cannot work it out behind the scenes. see www.crupples.co.nz

Is there anyone out there who can help me with setting this up corectly so I can do this myself?

Behind the scenes it is not using the power of textpattern as we know it can.
