Odd / Even class

Hi!
I have been searching for a way to implement odd and even classes to iterated elements, such as table rows (zebra stripes) or for every item in an article list for example. I found this: http://awasteofwords.com/article/fun-with-zebras-and-textpattern-407 But its only supported by txp 4.0.7 and I have 4.0.6.

Is there currently a good way to iterate a odd and even class to elements from an article list?
