Posts from multiple sections prior to a specific year

Hi all,

I have a front page for a Textpattern site which collates all the posts from roughly 5/6 sections. I then have a bunch of links to view all of these posts from specific years. One of these links however, I’d like to be ‘Pre-2000’ and show every article (from multiple sections) that comes from any year prior to 2000. Is this something that a Textpattern tag can do? Or perhaps chh_article_custom? I’m using that plugin in some other areas of the site but can’t figure how to get it to fix the problem I’m describing here…
