Error when uploading image: "Failed to write file to disk"
I’ve been uploading images for a long time and never run into this problem. Any ideas?

I’ve never seen this error, but could the permissions have been altered on the images folder? Typically they’re 755.
Or are you perhaps at the limit of your quota on the server?
