How do i edit the path to the carver.gif in the admin panel

Hi,
I want to edit the bottom piece of the admin panel.
right now it says:

<a href=“http://www.textpattern.com”><img src=“txp_img/carver.gif” width=“60” height=“48” border=“0” alt=”“ /></a>
<p>Textpattern &#183; 4.0.6</p>

but i tried to find where this code was generated but i can’t find it in the database nor the textpattern files…
does anyone know where this code is based?
