Setup missing Config.php paste info

I have two websites in separate folders on the same server. I have 3 separate databases setup as well. the second website is suppose to use the 3rd database for the new textpattern installation (the first texpattern installation is using one of the other two databases). I’m trying to go through the installation process for the second textpattern website, but when I get to the part where you are suppose to copy and paste information in the text box and paste it into your config.php file, my text field is blank and no “I did it” button. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.
