How can I make my articles go left to right, top to bottom?

I want to format my blog so that instead of my entries going top to bottom, I’d like for them to go left to right, top to bottom. Sort of like this page

Obviously, to get the same effect as him (which I don’t really need) I would have to get into some major javascript. I’m just looking to nail down the design. I’d probably want to have 3 columns that go from left to right with the newest on the left and then going down from there.

Here’s my site – obviously it’s just a test site right now and I’ve been messing with the css, figuring out what all the numbers mean.

I can understand if I’m getting in way over my head but it seems as if it’s just some formatting that can be figured out. I just don’t know what gets an entry moving to the left instead of underneath.

Thanks for the help!

All you need is some CSS, in example you could surround your articles with a div and then just make the div float.

You can also find zem_nth-plugin useful, ‘cause it can help you format the clears that clear the floating divs, or insert something special based on the post’s count.
