New tags: if_[first|last]_[category|section] as equivalents to
if_[first|last]_article in section and category list contexts.

Yes, excellent additions along with tidying up the “Users” page. :)
I also note that the history and readme files have been updated which suggests that an official release isn’t too far off so can I just remind you that the HTML version of the “Welcome” article needs fixing. Just thinking back a bit as I don’t currently have a “non-resaved” version to look at, even the first “ul” was not displaying properly so the error is probably very near to the beginning of the article.
