Errors in the Green Dream template?
Hi guys, Firstly, I am completely new to Textpattern, and delighted to be here. I do a decent amount of PHP programming, but I haven’t learned the idioms of txp yet. Probably I am asking some very basic questions.
Secondly, if there’s a better place to ask this, just let me know, and I’ll go there.I installed a basic textpattern blog here: http://www.verseworks.org
Then I installed the Green Dream theme, found here: http://textgarden.org/layouts/172/green-dream
It looks great on the front page, but if I go to look at articles or comments, the main body of the page is just not there:
Example (article): http://www.verseworks.org/articles/2/were-live
Example (comments): http://www.verseworks.org/articles/2/were-live#c000002
The archive also seems to be missing the main body: http://www.verseworks.org/articles/
I assume that the author just left out some basic txp tags in the page templates, but (as a noob), I don’t know how to fix them. I had hoped to start with a working template and learn as I tweak it, but now major parts of the site are broken.
Ivo is Czech, and so is his site. Can anyone give me some quick pointers as to how I might fix this, or point me to any English-language discussions of this issue? It’s a popular template, so I assume I’m not the only one with this problem. I have a clean install of TextPattern, so I can’t imagine there’s something “weird” about my setup that’s causing the issue.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Chris

Re: Errors in the Green Dream template?
Ok, using Google’s (attempt at a) translation of this page:
http://forum.textpattern.com/viewtopic.php?id=26808
I was able to get it working. I had to go to this page:
http://verseworks.org/textpattern/index.php?event=section
And then go to the “Articles” section, and set the “Uses page:” dropdown to “default”.
Hopefully that’ll help anyone else who has a similar problem.
