Different clean url schemas per section

I’m just about to do a portfolio site, which contains a journal/blog.

I’d ideally like the blog/journal part to have the clean url scheme of /year/month/day/title, but I’d like all other sections to have /section/title.

Is this possible? I can’t seem to find a plugin for it.
