[request] Changing Freelancer User permissions plugin
I need a plugin that sets Freelancer Users in Admin side to only be able to see their own articles … like on Textpattern.org
A work around using a combination of different plugins that will work, but isn’t exactly ideal, has kindly been suggested by Uli in another thread
It means Freelancers logging in Admin side – going Front -side navigating to a page listing users draft articles – clicking a link to return Admin side then posting in a ‘Drafts’ Section. I then have to guess which Section the Freelancer really wanted to post into ….
This workaround does involve changing textpattern .php files which I’m aware would be also necessary if I had a plugin which does exactly what I require.
If anyone knows how to implement such a plugin I’d be very happy :-)

Don’t know if this can be useful

I’ve used the option redbot linked to before and it works fine but does involve modifying the txp source and is therefore not so easy to update. The hack also shows only the images and files belonging to the author.
There is a plug-in that masks out articles from other authors, just can’t find it (yet). It only applies to articles, not images or files.
