Upload a PDF

How do I upload a PDF using Textpattern. I am using Version 4.3

Wasn’t there a file tab in 4.0.3 under “content”?

Thanks for that, and yes you are right. I have uploaded the PDF but, forgive me I am new to Textpattern, how do I insert the uploaded PDF into the relevant page?

There are many ways, just examine the “file” tab and look for a column named “tag”:

1) If you need to insert the file in the body of the article and you are using textile you should click, guess what? textile
2) If you need to insert the file in the body of the article and you are using xhtml you should click xhtml
2) If you need to insert the file in an article or page form you should click textpattern.

when you choose one of this options a pop up will open showing the right code that you must insert in the article body or page or form.

Other than that if you need to have a link to a pdf , say, at the end of each article you can use a plugin like upm_file
