Plugin to allow public image upload or email?
I am looking for a plugin (or a way to hack zem_contact_reborn) that would allow a user to submit a form that includes sending (via email) or uploading an image. I did some searching but have only come up with admin-side plugins so far.
Any help appreciated…

mem_moderation_image exists, with other companion plugins and libraries, that let registered users do this. I don’t know if it fits your needs.

If you don’t wrap it with ign_password_protect (or similar plugin), then it will allow public upload.
