Style the link labels

How do I style the link list labels?

What I end up with is this:
——

Label Here

Link One
Link Two
Link Three
Etc.

——-
I would like to be able to change the label color, make it bold, etc. without affecting the styles of any other text.

I would also like to remove the line-space that is directly beneath the “Label Here” that is the link list label.

The code that outputs this list of links is:
<txp:linklist category="Main-Navigation" label="Label Here" sort="linksort asc" wraptag="p" />

How do I get rid of the extra line space below the label for the links?
