2 txp sites need revision

I have 2 websites that use videos extensively. I have gotten far enough on my own, but I need someone to revise them so that:

1. the categories & subcategories are easier to navigate
2. the video thumbnails are smaller and several on a page
3. the overall graphic look and feel is more pleasing to the eye.
4. ad space is better integrated.

the sites are www.xtsports.com and www.procyclingvideo.com. xtsports.com in particular gets good traffic- this would be a high visibility project.

Time frame not urgent, but communication and responsiveness very important.
