Problem with 4.0.6 download - file checksums do not match

I just noticed that 4.0.6 was available, so I immediately downloaded it and upgraded. Upon checking the diagnostics, I am greeted by the following warnings:

These do not match with the checksums found here.

So it would seem something is wrong with the download? I’ve tried both the .zip and the .tar.gz file, to no avail.

Make sure that you have really overwritten the files and the checksums file. I had a similar problem. I had to upload several times before it “took”. Try deleting from the server, then uploading perhaps.

Thanks. Removing the entire /textpattern/ folder from the server and then recreating it seems to have done the trick :)
