'Advanced Preferences > Comments' - Not as it should be?

I’ve puzzled this one over for a while now, and despite hunting through forums and Textbook I can’t find an answer. As far as I can tell, moderated comments is a standard feature in TXP. Unfortunately I can’t find the way to activate them. Textbook says my preferences tab should look like this: LINK

My options (version 4.0.5) look like this:

Comments
Require user’s name? No Yes
Require user’s e-mail address? No Yes
Never display e-mail address? No Yes
Apply rel=“nofollow” to comments? No Yes
Disallow user images? No Yes
comments_use_fat_textile No Yes
Spam blacklists (comma-separated)
New comment means site updated? No Yes

So my questions are these:

- Is this how it should look?
- If not – how do I fix it?
- If so – how do I activate moderated comments?

All help gratefully received!

You’re in the “Advanced” area, you want “Basic”.

And FAQ

Look at the ‘basic’ preferences (scroll down), not the ‘advanced’ preferences.
