Search a thread/topic?

I can’t seem to find anywhere to search a thread, or topic… is this possible?

Re: Search a thread/topic?

i’d like this as well…especially for some of the more popular plugin author support threads like rss_unlimited_categories where you have to wade through 53 pages. gah!

Re: Search a thread/topic?

Me +1 for this if it’s at all possible. Not sure if PunBB supports this or not.

A ‘search this thread’ feature would be most welcome, as Steve says, on medium-large Author Support pages like smd_slimbox. As a stop-gap, I made a rudimentary “index table” in the 1st post pointing to the most important changes and comments, but it was a hassle to compile after the event…

However, in the absence of a local search it taught me a lesson: remember to do this as I go with future plugins ;-)

And if PunBB doesn’t support searching topics, it would be great if more plugin writers would follow Stef’s example :)

Re: Search a thread/topic?

PunBB’s official reply on the subject, use ctrl-f.

Went to the phpBB forum and search this topic wasn’t working but at area51, it does work.

So I’ll give this a +1 also, after seeing it with my own eyes.
